What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate vendor communications through WhatsApp groups
- Call customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Dispatching orders to delivery personnel and riders.
- Confirming order details with vendors' customers.
- Following up on payments and delivery status.
- Updating order records in spreadsheets for individual sellers.
- Monitoring and organizing stock levels.
- Preparing and sending waybills.
What We’re Looking For
- HND/BSc in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem-solving and leadership skills.
